Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Health-Related Refunds
- A refund may be considered if a licensed veterinarian determines, within 10 days of the purchase, that the kitten has:
- A clinical illness attributed to the breeder prior to delivery.
- A life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect affecting its health.
- The customer must provide a signed letter/report from the veterinarian, clearly stating the diagnosis and its connection to the eligibility criteria.
- Unfulfilled Orders
- If Lateefa Pet is unable to deliver your kitten due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Order Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their orders within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur an administrative fee (percentage based on the total purchase price).
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the kitten has been exposed to unsafe environments or mishandled after delivery.
- If preexisting or disclosed health conditions, communicated before purchase, are later cited as reasons for a refund.
- If the refund request is made outside the specified timeframe mentioned above.
